FeedEngine is provided by 1290863 B.C. LTD. We use information to provide and support your subscription, prepare content using your preferences, and publish to Facebook Pages you authorize. To request access, correction or deletion, use the privacy contact below.
1. Who we are
FeedEngine is a subscription service provided by 1290863 B.C. LTD. It helps businesses publish relevant news and industry content to their authorized Facebook Pages.
Customers select news sources, writing styles and image preferences. FeedEngine uses these selections to prepare content and support automated publishing. This policy describes information handled through our website, onboarding, support and service operations.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we collect:
- Contact information: your name, email address and information you provide when requesting help.
- Business details: business or brokerage name, country, market served and posting time zone.
- Facebook authorization information: identifiers and names of Pages you select, granted permissions, access tokens needed for authorized functions, and connection status.
- Publishing preferences: selected news sources, writing styles, writing samples, instructions and image preferences.
- Service content and records: prepared posts, illustrations, published-post identifiers, publishing outcomes and information needed to resolve service errors.
- Subscription information: plan, currency, promotional code, trial and subscription status, billing identifiers and relevant payment records.
- Support communications: questions, requests and other information you choose to send us.
Please provide writing samples you are entitled to use and remove private client information. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or Facebook access tokens through our intake or support forms.
3. Facebook and Meta authorization
You authorize FeedEngine through Meta's authentication and permissions system. The permissions you grant allow the service to identify the Facebook Pages available to you and perform the approved functions for the Page you select, including publishing content.
We use Facebook authorization information to establish and maintain your connection, confirm the selected Page, publish authorized content and check publishing results. We do not ask for your Facebook password.
Content published to your Page becomes visible according to Facebook's settings and policies. Public posts may be viewed, copied or shared by others.
You can revoke FeedEngine's access through Facebook's settings for connected apps or business integrations. Revoking access prevents future operations that require that permission, but does not automatically cancel your subscription, delete records already retained by us, or remove posts already published. See data deletion instructions.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Set up your account and maintain your service preferences.
- Monitor selected sources and prepare relevant posts and illustrations.
- Publish content to your authorized Facebook Page.
- Manage subscriptions, trials, billing status and service eligibility.
- Provide support and investigate publishing or account problems.
- Send essential communications about setup, billing, permissions, service changes and support requests.
- Protect the service against misuse and meet applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
Submitting an intake or support request does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional messages.
5. Third-party services and disclosures
The service uses the following systems for their relevant functions:
- Meta/Facebook: account authorization, Page permissions and publication of content to your selected Page.
- Our CRM, HighLevel/LeadConnector: website and form hosting, contact records, support notifications and subscription administration.
- Stripe: payment processing through the Stripe-enabled checkout. Relevant billing records are used to administer your subscription.
- Content preparation and AI services: tools used to review selected news sources, prepare draft text or imagery, and assist with publishing. Account preferences, instructions and writing samples may be processed by these tools when necessary for the requested service. Avoid including confidential client information in material you submit.
- Service infrastructure: systems used to operate FeedEngine, store service preferences and publishing records, and support technical operations.
Information is provided to these systems as needed for their functions. Providers may also handle information under their own privacy policies and terms. Depending on their operations, information may be processed outside your province, state or country.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse or threats to the service or the rights of others.
6. Storage and security
Information may be stored in our CRM, publishing systems and supporting service infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, including restricting access to those who need it to provide or support the service. Security practices may evolve with the service.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not guarantee that unauthorized access, loss or interruption can never occur.
7. How long we retain information
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support your account, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held.
We review deletion requests and remove information when it is no longer required, subject to applicable legal, accounting and operational obligations. Some records or backup copies may remain for a limited period as part of ordinary system processes.
8. Request deletion of Facebook data or other information
To request deletion of information obtained through Meta/Facebook, or other personal information held by FeedEngine:
- Open our FeedEngine – Contact & Support form .
- Begin your message with "FeedEngine data deletion request."
- Provide the email used for your FeedEngine account and the relevant Facebook Page name, public link or Page ID. Specify whether you want Facebook-related data deleted or deletion of your entire FeedEngine account information.
- We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Do not send your Facebook password, access token or payment-card details.
After verifying your request, we will address the applicable information under our control, including relevant Page authorization records and access tokens, subject to any necessary retention obligations. We will explain any information that must be retained and respond as required by applicable law.
You can also remove FeedEngine in Facebook's connected-app or business-integration settings to revoke future access. Deleting data needed to operate the service may prevent further publishing.
Deleting our records does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook or copies held by Meta or other people. You can manage existing posts through your Facebook Page. If you also want to cancel billing, state that clearly in your request; revoking Facebook access alone is not a subscription cancellation.
9. Access, correction and other requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to withdraw consent, object to certain processing or request other information about how your data is handled.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others. We will explain relevant limitations when responding.
10. Cookies and website information
The FeedEngine website or intake process may temporarily store draft preferences in your browser so you can complete setup. Information saved only in your browser is not necessarily a completed account submission.
Our website host and embedded forms, Meta authorization and payment checkout may use cookies, session storage or similar technologies for essential functionality, security and preferences. Some of these are controlled by third-party providers rather than by the HTML on this page. You can manage available choices in your browser and through provider settings.
This page's custom HTML does not deliberately add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Our website host may include its own scripts or cookies. The page requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information when they load.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or information-handling practices change. The current version will be available on this page with its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
